PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ITEMS

**All Marching Band and Color Guard members are required to select the PARTICIPATION FEE

$100 fee for ALL members (helps defray the cost of field props for band and and other show related expenses)

Additional $50 fee for Marching Band and Color Guard (Covers dry cleaning costs for MARCHING BAND and helps defray costs for new equipment like flags and poles for COLOR GUARD)

**All FRESHMEN and NEW MEMBERS will need to purchase the appropriate shoe for their section (MARCHING BAND or COLOR GUARD) and indicate size unless your marching band member has already been provided shoes from our selection on hand. All freshmen guard will need to purchase these shoes, but upperclassmen might want to purchase the guard sneakers to replace their jazz shoes. These shoes are more appropriate for the cold and inclement weather and are designed to be worn outside unlike jazz shoes. These shoes come in WHOLE sizes.

**All FRESHMEN and NEW MEMBERS in COLOR GUARD will need to order a unitard.

**All FRESHMEN, NEW MEMBERS and ANY upperclass student who has outgrown (or can't find) their shirts from last year will need to purchase a MEDALIST PULLOVER and PARADE SHORT SLEEVE T-SHIRT. These shirts are required for ALL MARCHING BAND and COLOR GUARD members. 

**ALL FRESHMEN and NEW CHOIR MEMBERS will need to purchase a choir shirt.

All other spirit items are totally OPTIONAL (this includes the Port Authority Team jacket). There is a completely OPTIONAL line item to make a donation to Verona Music. This is NOT required.

***MARCHING BAND and GUARD - Even if you DO NOT need any merchandise this year, you must to complete an order for the participation fees to cover the costs associated with the fall marching season. If you would like to write a check or use escrow to pay for your participation fee, please email [email protected] ASAP***

Orders MUST be placed by August 31st. This is to ensure we have the football game pullovers by the first game. If you have ANY questions please reach out to Mindy Frey.
